LORIS, SC – A 12-year-old girl missing since Sunday afternoon was found shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday, a family member said.

According to a press release issued by the Horry County Police Department, McCarrie C. Blankenship was last seen riding her bicycle at the intersection of Loop Road and Highway 366 around 4:00 p.m.

Horry County Police Department Lt. Jamie DeBari said her bicycle was located Tuesday, but did not specify where it was found.

An incident report indicated Blakenship was upset about moving to a new home within the last couple of weeks. The report states the family moved because of issues she was having with a friend.

DeBari issued a press release about 1:45 p.m. Wednesday that a 25 year old Conway man was arrested. He has unspecified charges pending against him.

A family member of Blakenship's told News13 that the arrested man is the friend the family was moving away from.

Missing teen located

A Shreveport teenager who allegedly ran away last week was located with an adult man today and is being interviewed by detectives.

Amber White, 13, was seen by a concerned citizen at a business in the 300 block of Fort Street, according to police spokesman Sgt. Bill Goodin.

Officers responded to the business and found her with an adult man. She didn't appear to be injured, Goodin said.

She and the man were to the Youth Bureau at the Shreveport Police Complex where investigators are working to determine if either will face charges, Goodin said.

Amber was last seen on Tuesday June 21, when detectives believe she ran away from a home in the 7000 block of Woolworth Road in Shreveport.

13-year-old Amber White has been missing for nearly a week. Her grandparents and mother have been searching for her since she ran away last Tuesday, taking off from her grandparents' house in the middle of the night with a duffle bag full of clothes and shoes.

On Monday, her grandparents, Gary and Ann Pickett were out putting up flyers around Shreveport, hoping someone has seen her.

Her mother believes she may be in danger. "I think she has been hurt...just a feeling I have," explains Amber's mother, Karen, who says her daughter would have called her by now.

Karen White confirms that this is the second time the teen has run away. Last July, she was 12-years-old when she was reported missing. Two people were arrested and charged in connection with her disappearance that time.

Now, her mother fears she may be mixed up once again with those that could not only get her in trouble - but hurt or even kill her.

Anyone who has any information regarding Amber White or her whereabouts is urged to call Shreveport Police Detective Barry Hornsby at 318-673-7025 or Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.Posted: wnRenderDate('Monday, June 27, 2011 9:33 PM EST', '', true); Jun 27, 2011 9:33 PM EDTMonday, June 27, 2011 9:33 PM ESTUpdated: wnRenderDate('Monday, June 27, 2011 9:38 PM EST', '', true); Jun 27, 2011 9:38 PM EDT

Virginnia -14-year-old Lorraine Bianca Rivera has been missing since June 12

Posted by A Million People for the Missing on June 27, 2011 at 3:12 PM Comments comments (97)

A Prince William County,Virginnia family is looking for their daughter. According to fliers posted around the community in Lake Ridge and Woodbridge, 14-year-old Lorraine Bianca Rivera has been missing since June 12 when she ran away from home.

"It appears she is a runaway," said police spokesperson Jonathan Perok, who had nothing more to add.

Two Facebook pages have been created in hopes of finding Rivera. One page, "Help Find Lorraine" is asking for help if anyone has spotted Rivera.

The second page, "Help us Find My Cousin Lorraine Bianca Rivera," is also asking for clues. Both pages have messages begging Lorraine to return home.

One missing flier states that Rivera is originally from New Jersey and that she may have tried to travel to New Jersey or New York area.

Rivera's family has not heard from her since she went missing, said the Facebook page.

On the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website, Rivera is an "endangered runaway" and states: "Lorraine has her ears pierced. She was wearing plaid pink shoes."

Rivera is described as 200 pounds, 5-foot-4-inches-tall with shoulder-length brown hair and a one-inch vertical scar in the center of her forehead. The flier also states that she may answer to "Raine" or "Rainey."

Church on the Move, a Lake Ridge-area church, has headed up the community search for Rivera, providing a link to the flier on their church website and Facebook page, and asking everyone to pray for the missing teen.

On June 22, they held a 24-hour prayer chain. And on June 25, they canceled a ladies Bible study in order to pass out fliers, hang up fliers, and ask people if they had seen Rivera. Members posted pictures of Rivera and wrote out prayers for her safe return.

The flier asks that anyone with information call the Prince William County Police department at 703-792-6500 or 703-792-7200.

Cody Wolfe April 29th,2011 MWolfe search to resume Leader-PostJune 4, 2011 The family of missing teen Cody Wolfe are calling for volunteers to aid in search efforts this weekend. It's been more than a month since 17-year-old Wolfe was last seen leaving his grandmother's house on the Muskowekwan First Nation and his family is still searching the area for any trace of him. Myrna LaPlante, Wolfe's paternal aunt, said his parents remain determined to locate their son. Last weekend, heavy rains hampered search efforts, but the family plans to continue the search this weekend. Those interested in volunteering are asked to telephone search manager Ernest Moise at 2747651 or Lloyd Goodwill at 535-5507 to register for the search. The family plans to search the area along a grid road north of Lestock, the route the RCMP believe Wolfe travelled the night of April 29uskowekwan First Nation

Friends and family of Cody Wolfe are once again searching for the missing 17-year-old from the Muskowekwan First Nation.

The search party, which is searching near Lestock on Saturday, is getting their best weather yet.

Ernest Moise is the head of the search group. He says Wolfe wasn't far from reaching his destination.

“It is odd because he only had about a quarter of a mile to go where he was going,” he said.

“We got the text message that tells you where he was last but other than that, it’s like he disappeared.”

RCMP Sgt. Paul Dawson says the only detail as to where he may have gone came from a text message.

Last weekend, Wolfe’s aunt, Myrna LaPlante, told News Talk Radio that searchers retraced his apparent last steps.

Wolfe was last seen on April 29 while leaving his grandmother’s house around 10:30 p.m.

Wolfe was headed to a friend’s house about eight kilometres away, but never arrived.

LaPlante said the family is getting an abundance of support through well wishes, prayer and elders in the community.

Wolfe is described as aboriginal, 5-foot-7 and 110 pounds. He has shoulder length, black hair, brown eyes and a scar between his nose and upper lip.

Wolfe was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue sweater, jeans and white running shoes.

If unsuccessful, the search, near Lestock, will resume Sunday.

The Muskowekwan First Nation is approximately 145 kilometres northeast of Regina

"We are hopeful and continue to believe that someone out there has the information we need to bring our daughter home," parents Eldon and Dawn Scott said in a statement released Tuesday.

"Please, search your heart, search your mind and review your memory and call the RCMP with any bit of information you may have," the parents said.

"We love our daughter. We need her back home. We need to find her. Please help us."

Their 20-year-old daughter, Madison Scott, was last seen May 28 out at Hogsback Lake, just south of Vanderhoof, which is located in northern B.C. along Highway 16.

The highway between Prince Rupert and Prince George has been dubbed the Highway of Tears because so many teenage girls and young women have been gone missing or were found murdered in communities along that stretch of road.

Madison vanished after attending a party at the lake.

Police found her tent and pickup truck, but the investigation has determined there are two items that have yet to be recovered: her new iPhone 4 that had a bluish green or turquoise shell/skin cover, and her large bundle of keys, which has a Ford truck key on it.

The keys may or may not be on a black gothic-themed lanyard, police said.

The two items were last seen in Madison's possession and have not been located, despite a massive search effort by the RCMP, Search and Rescue and civilian volunteers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Vanderhoof RCMP at 250-567-2222 or those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

With every minute that passes the family of 17 year old Miracole Tilley grows more anxious, hoping to found out something about their missing relative.

"My daughter has been missing since June 18th, which was last Saturday, at two o'clock," said Miracole's mother Sophonia Lawrence.

For the past week Tilley's family has been frantically searching everywhere, worried because she has a mental illness.

"Miracole is 17, but she actually has the mind of really a 5 year old," said Tilley's cousin Stephanie Albright.

Another cousin, Florence Glover-Sturdivanat, said, "She's very susceptible to being controlled. My 12-year-old niece can tell her what to do and Miracole will do just what my 12-year-old niece tells her to do."

Relatives also tried contacting the 17 year old on her cell phone, but the calls go unanswered

"Well, I would text her, 'Miracole, you need to get to a phone so you can give me a call so I'll know that you're okay,' and in the text that she sent back it said that she can't," said Miracole's sister Ericka Lawrence, who doesn't believe that was her sister who responded to the text message.

Miracole is known to hang out with a group of friends at Cann Park. In fact, some say they saw the 17-year-old the day she disappeared with a group of girls who were scantily clad. Now family believes someone is holding her against her will.

Tilley's mother said, "I believe that she's involved in a prostitution ring, a teenage prostitution ring."

But the family of the missing teen is hoping for a miracle---one that brings their Miracole back home before it's too late.

Tilley is 5'5" and weighs about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing brown capri leggings, a green top, and has black and blonde shoulder-length braids.

If you have any information you are asked to call Savannah-Chatham Metro Police or Crimestoppers.
